We have no sales staff. We do not cold-call and we do not send direct mail. We only talk to people who get in touch with us, and we are fine if the conversation ends with “not with RUOK”.

The form asks for four things: your name, email, company and what you are dealing with. It takes about two minutes. We reply within two business days with times we could talk.

The form is in Japanese. You are welcome to write your answers in English — we read and reply in English.
