Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Next Consultant
The Marketing Cloud Next Consultant exam is aimed at people who implement and configure Marketing Cloud Next. The published scope covers data model objects and identity resolution on Data 360, consent management, campaign orchestration built with Flow, content creation and conversational messaging using Agentforce, and measuring performance through standard reports. The exam is 60 questions answered in 105 minutes, with a passing score of 72%. There are no prerequisite credentials, but the exam is offered in English only; there is no Japanese-language option. Salesforce describes the intended candidate as having 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience implementing or administering Marketing Cloud Next, and labels the level as intermediate. The exam is proctored at a test center or with online proctoring, and no reference materials may be consulted during it. Appointments can be booked at any time rather than on fixed exam dates. The credential carries no stated expiration date, but it lapses unless the Trailhead maintenance badge is completed once a year.
